They are a small business that focuses on each and every customer. Offering great quality for the price Compel always focuses on clean designs that every type of rider wants.

The Compel Ladies Warhol Trail 3/4 Jersey will make you want to dance, and looks good doing it, pictured right.

Compel offers us riders a way to look good while being comfortable with technical fabrics and great style.  We recently tested the Ladies Warhol Jersey and it was a big hit! Compel offers a range of jerseys, shorts, t-shirts and accessories to keep your riding stoke high!

We are lucky enough to be part of a riding group here in Western North Carolina started by our friend Tom “Danger” Place.  For those of you who know Tom, you’ll understand the way this group works!  Show up, ride and have fun.  Every Sunday that you can!

We first met Tom in Canada during the TransRockies Singletrack 6 StageRace. We were impressed how motivated Tom was every day to keep riding despite the long gruelling race.  If you don’t yet know Tom, it’s only a matter of time! Thanks to TransRockies for this photo.

This is how most people feel the first time they meet Tom, a little bug-eyed and overwhelmed just like Bob did! Soon, you realize he’s harmless and really quite amazing!

The First Braptist Dirt Church:

With this group, you are guaranteed to have someone to ride with every week.  It is made up of a wide variety of riders, and everyone that comes is awesome! Despite riding the same area trails every week in Pisgah National Forest (N Mills area) the ride is always interesting and Tom usually bleeds.  If we’re lucky Jeremy has his GoPro running and he gets some great crashes or near misses.

There is always post ride banter, food, and libations.  Sometimes it’s too wet to ride and we gather for a fire and axe throwing with a cookout.  Regardless, it’s nice to have a family of like-minded friends to share time with and know they will be there every Sunday!

Kinda makes you smile doesn’t it!?

Crankjoy partnered with Compel to have some custom jerseys made for Dirt Churchers!  Joel and his crew took our ideas for color, graphics and design and came up with this:
