After months of scouring tradeshows and mountain bike festivals for the sickest new product we found some interesting goods that stood out. Listed are here is great sampling. Future full reviews are forthcoming, but here are our initial thoughts.
North St Pioneer 9 Hip Pack – Hip/Fanny packs may be made fun of by some, but they are a nice way to get that big sweaty pack off your back for shorter rides. The North St pack is a made in US (Portland). It offers a high quality, multi pocketed organization without being too big. More info: North St Pioneer 9

Ergon Grips – GD1 Gravity Series – This new grip with super sticky rubber compound offers incredible grip even with bare sweaty hands, but without the gummy too soft feel. The Ergon GA2 Gravity Series grips have been in the Ergon lineup for a while that offers a comfortable, vibration damped more traditionally shaped feel.
Rocky Mount SplitRail hitch rack What stands out: Innovative wobble free adjustment, easy to reach fold down/up lever, looks good and appears to be of higher quality than most of the hitch racks out there.
Blackburn Switch Multi-tool – Compact pouch, very easy to use/user-friendly. Ball end makes it nice to reach difficult angles. Can attach tools in multiple different ways to meet your needs, straight out to spin on bolts quickly and in T-handle fashion for maximum torque.
