Model: Bolle One – Size medium
Price: $169
Weight: 287 grams with visor
Pros: Super versatile with more optional accessories than inspector gadget. Great warm weather, cool weather, road, mountain. This helmet does it all. Includes integrated blinky light that only adds 14 grams to the helmet. Very comfortable with no hot spots.
Cons: When I ride more burly trails, I’d will choose a helmet that has more protection around the back. No MIPS version.

For the price (or at any price) there is no helmet that compares with all the features “The One” has. I really like the fit too. It compares favorably with the most comfortable helmets I’ve used. The size and fit seems to be very similar to Giro. The retention system has a nice high quality feel and very small indexes for a precise fit.

Verdict: Coming from an enduro type helmet with added coverage and MIPS protection, I found the Bollé helmet very light and extremely comfortable. For most of my general backcountry and xc type riding, this is now my helmet of choice. “The One” definitely satisfies the need of a diverse all season cyclist, offering a fully customizable helmet.[/fusion_builder_column][/fusion_builder_row][/fusion_builder_container]
